Community +

Our Community Plus Seniors program is designed to develop and maintain strength, balance and coordination in a fun group setting while addressing concerns around chronic disease.

Held at our West End Clinic Monday through Friday the group undertake tailor made programs designed to address specific needs all under the watchful eye of our dedicated exercise physiologists.

To join a group please contact the clinic to book in for an initial exercise assessment.

Group Classes 

Run from our West End Clinic the schedule includes offerings such as Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, HIIT, Strength and Mobility classes. These classes can be attended casually or as part of our Group Class membership (more info on the Memberships page!). All delivered by an exercise professional, they can be individually modified to be inclusive of fitness level and goals.

Mums and Bubs class

Our 1-hour floor based mums and bubs classes are run several times per week at our Albion Clinic using a variety of equipment including foam rollers, weights, bands and fitness circles for strength, mobility, balance and pelvic floor awareness postpartum. Bubs from newborn to 12 months old are welcome to attend and can be involved in some of the exercises. You can commence classes after your 6-week doctor review and clearance, and a postnatal pelvic health physiotherapy review to help tailor any exercise modifications prior to class.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT 

We believe preparing kids with good health and physical habits is a critical part of what we do. Exercise and good nutrition is for everyone not just kids that enjoy sports. Our youth development program, run from our West End Clinic, is an inclusive exercise program for kids aged 10-15 who are in need of both a social and physical outlet to develop.
